Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-27

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Yummylogy.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What this site does

Yummylogy is an editorial site that features kitchen tools, gadgets, and cookware available for sale on Amazon.com. We do not sell products directly. When you click a “Buy on Amazon” link, you are taken to Amazon.com, where any purchase is a transaction between you and Amazon (or the third-party seller listed on Amazon). See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on how we earn revenue.

2. Permission to use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without our permission
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download content using automated tools without our written consent
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any related systems, or other users’ accounts
  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including us

3. Intellectual property

The original content on this Site — including our editorial text, curation, layout, and any Yummylogy branding — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Product titles, descriptions, images, and other product-specific content are sourced from Amazon’s Product Advertising API and remain the property of Amazon, the product manufacturers, or other respective rights holders. Their inclusion here does not imply our ownership or endorsement by those parties.

4. About product information

We make a good-faith effort to present accurate product information, but the information shown on the Site (titles, descriptions, prices, images, availability) is sourced from Amazon and may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate at the time you view it. Prices and availability on Amazon change frequently; the live Amazon listing is always the source of truth for what you will pay and receive.

We do not personally test every product featured on the Site. Product recommendations reflect our editorial judgment based on publicly available information and should not be treated as professional advice. Verify all details on Amazon before making a purchase.

5. Purchases, returns, and disputes

Because purchases are completed on Amazon, all matters relating to the purchase — including payment, shipping, taxes, returns, refunds, warranty claims, and customer service — are governed by Amazon’s terms and the policies of the relevant seller. We are not a party to your purchase and have no ability to assist with order issues. Please contact Amazon or the seller directly.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party sites (primarily Amazon.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

6A. SmartChoice mobile app

Our SmartChoice ingredient-scanner app is available for iPhone and Android. It is provided under its own terms of use, at smartchoice.fyi/terms, which govern your use of the app. These Terms cover yummylogy.com.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no warranties about the products or services available on Amazon or any other third party. Any such warranties are provided (or disclaimed) by the seller, manufacturer, or relevant third party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Yummylogy, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yummylogy and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yummylogy is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page or via other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
