Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray: Pure, Propellant-Free Cooking Oil

Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray, Keto Diet Friendly, Kosher Cooking Spray for Baking, High-Heat Cooking and Frying (6 oz, 2 Pack)

Cooking sprays offer convenience, but many contain propellants and additives that complicate ingredient lists. Chosen Foods avocado oil spray takes a different approach: pure avocado oil delivered through air pressure alone, with no chemical propellants, emulsifiers, or dilution. If you're looking for a straightforward cooking spray made from a single, recognizable ingredient, this product delivers simplicity alongside versatility.

What's Inside

This spray contains 100% pure avocado oil—nothing else added. Avocados themselves provide monosaturated fats and Vitamin E antioxidants, making them a nutrient-dense base for cooking oil. The product is naturally refined, certified non-GMO, kosher, and free of gluten, soy, and canola oil. For those following specific dietary approaches like keto or paleo, the ingredient transparency matters.

Performance and Versatility

The air-pressure dispensing system creates a fine mist suitable for light, even coating without waste. With a smoke point of approximately 500°F, avocado oil handles most cooking applications:

  • Baking and desserts
  • High-heat cooking and sautéing
  • Frying
  • General pan coating

The neutral flavor profile means it won't overpower delicate dishes or interfere with other ingredients, making it practical for both savory and sweet cooking.

Practical Considerations

Each bottle contains 6 ounces, and this purchase includes two bottles. Air-pressure spray bottles differ from traditional aerosol cans—they require hand pumping to build pressure before use. This method eliminates chemical propellants but does demand slightly more effort than conventional spray cooking oils. The lack of additives also means ingredients are simpler, though some users may need to adjust their application technique if accustomed to conventional sprays.

For home cooks prioritizing ingredient clarity and avoiding chemical additives, Chosen Foods avocado oil spray bridges the gap between convenience and simplicity. It works across a wide temperature range and supports various dietary preferences without requiring compromise on what goes into your pan.
