CDN Extra-Big Digit Timer: Count Up & Down for Batch Baking

Timing is essential in the kitchen, whether you're monitoring a single dish or managing multiple batches. The CDN Extra-Big Digit Timer (TM15) is designed with the practical needs of home cooks and bakers in mind. Its straightforward feature set addresses common timing challenges without unnecessary complexity, making it a useful addition to any kitchen.

Visibility and Readability

One of the timer's defining characteristics is its oversized digit display. The extra-large numbers are designed to be readable from across the kitchen, which proves helpful when you're working at the counter or checking on something from a distance. This large-format display eliminates the need to lean in or squint to see the remaining time.

Counting Flexibility and Batch Baking Support

The TM15 offers both count-down and count-up functionality, giving you flexibility depending on your task. For most cooking applications, the count-down mode tracks remaining time until completion. The count-up mode works well for monitoring how long something has been running. A particularly useful feature for repetitive tasks is the last count recall function—the timer automatically resets to your previously set time, making it convenient for baking multiple batches of cookies or other items that require consistent timing intervals.

• Counts up to 100 minutes by minutes and seconds
• Automatically recalls the last set time for batch tasks
• Flexible timing for various cooking and kitchen activities

Mounting Versatility and Alarm

The timer accommodates different kitchen setups through multiple mounting options. A built-in magnet adheres to metal surfaces like refrigerators or range hoods, a kickstand keeps it upright on countertops, and an eyelet allows hanging on hooks or shelves. This adaptability means you can position the timer wherever works best for your workflow. The alarm is engineered to cut through typical kitchen noise and runs long enough to ensure you won't miss the signal when time is up.

For anyone who regularly times cooking tasks—whether single preparations or multiple batches—the CDN Extra-Big Digit Timer offers practical features that address real kitchen needs. Its combination of readable display, flexible counting modes, convenient recall function, and sturdy mounting options makes it a straightforward tool for managing kitchen timing.
