Bare Bones Chicken Bone Broth Instant Powder Mix
Bare Bones Instant Chicken Bone Broth offers a convenient way to enjoy bone broth without the time commitment of simmering a pot. Each packet delivers a savory drink in seconds by simply mixing with hot water, making it practical for busy schedules, travel, or anyone looking to incorporate bone broth into their routine without complexity.
What's Inside Each Packet
The formula combines real chicken bone broth with pasture-raised chicken collagen, prebiotic fiber from tapioca, apple cider vinegar, tomatoes, and shiitake mushrooms. These core ingredients are complemented with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and select spices to create depth of flavor. The powder contains no artificial flavors, MSG, gluten, soy, or dairy, making it accessible for various dietary preferences and restrictions.
Nutritional Profile and Use Cases
Each serving delivers 10g of protein and 50 calories, which aligns with several dietary approaches. The product is suitable for keto, paleo, and intermittent fasting protocols. Beyond macronutrient considerations, the collagen, amino acids, and minerals present in bone broth have traditionally been associated with supporting digestive health, joint function, and skin and hair wellness, though individual results vary.
- Quick preparation: mix with hot water and stir
- Portable stick-pack format for bags, lunch boxes, or travel
- Suitable for multiple dietary frameworks

Convenience Meets Ingredient Quality
The main trade-off with any instant bone broth product is balancing convenience against the time-simmered complexity of traditional preparations. Bare Bones addresses this by using real bone broth as a base rather than relying solely on collagen powder, and by including recognizable whole-food ingredients like mushrooms and tomatoes alongside the protein component. The instant format means you sacrifice none of the preparation time while maintaining ingredient transparency. For those seeking a warming drink that fits into a busy day or a protein boost while traveling, this product offers a practical middle ground between homemade broths and more highly processed alternatives.
