Amazon Basics Silicone Spatula Set: 4-Piece Non-Stick Kitchen Tool
When you're outfitting your kitchen with everyday essentials, spatulas are among the most-used tools you'll reach for. Whether you're folding batter, stirring sauces, or flipping delicate items in a non-stick pan, having reliable spatulas on hand makes a real difference. The Amazon Basics Non-Stick Heat Resistant Silicone Spatula Set offers a practical solution for cooks who want durable tools without complexity. This four-piece set combines two size options to handle different kitchen tasks.
Material Composition and Safety
The spatulas are constructed from food-grade silicone that makes up 90 percent of the tool, with a sturdy iron core comprising the remaining 10 percent. This combination provides structural support while keeping the working surface soft and flexible. The silicone is BPA-free, making these tools safe for food contact and suitable for families concerned about chemical exposure during cooking and food preparation.
- Food-grade, non-stick silicone construction
- Iron core for durability and shape retention
- BPA-free material throughout
Design and Heat Performance
The set includes two large spatulas measuring 11 by 2.2 inches and two smaller ones at 8 by 1.6 inches. This variety allows you to choose the right tool for your task—larger spatulas work well for folding and general mixing, while the smaller versions suit precision work in tight spaces or smaller bowls. The heat resistance rating of 428 degrees F (220 degrees C) covers most standard stovetop and oven cooking scenarios, though you should always verify compatibility with your specific cooking method.
- Two large spatulas for mixing and general use
- Two small spatulas for detailed work
- Heat resistant up to 428 degrees F
- Non-scratch design safe for non-stick cookware
Handle and Maintenance
The soft silicone coating on the handles provides a nonslip surface, which matters during extended use or when your hands are wet. All four pieces are dishwasher-safe for convenient cleanup after use. The set comes with a one-year limited warranty through AmazonCommercial, reflecting a basic level of manufacturer backing.
